What time can we arrive?
Lodges and caravans from 3pm, pitches from 1pm. Checkout is 10am, or 2pm with a late checkout extra.
Do I need to book activities in advance?
Popular sessions fill up. Once your accommodation booking is confirmed, your park account is linked to the activities system automatically and you can book sessions straight away from My Account → My activities.
Do I need a separate login for activities?
No. Your Parkside website login is your activities login.
Are dogs welcome?
Two dogs stay free in Woodland lodges, Meadow caravans and all pitches. A dog pass is required for other pet-friendly units.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 28 days before arrival. Inside 28 days the deposit is retained. See our booking terms.
Is there WiFi?
Free WiFi across the central green, the Boathouse and all lodges. Coverage in the orchard is patchy — that is rather the point.
