Booking terms and conditions
A 25% deposit secures your booking; the balance is due 28 days before arrival. Bookings made inside 28 days are payable in full.
Cancellations
Free cancellation more than 28 days before arrival. Inside 28 days the deposit is non-refundable. We strongly recommend holiday insurance.
Activity bookings
Activity sessions are operated through our activities booking system and are subject to its own availability and safety rules. Sessions cancelled by us are refunded in full. Sessions you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice are refunded to your park account.

When you book accommodation we share your name, contact details and stay dates with our activities booking provider so that your activities account can be created. See our privacy policy.
